What is the Institute for Market Technology?

In 2003, several top derivatives trading professionals from around the world, who now comprise its Boards of Advisors, created the Institute for Market Technology ( i4MT ) in response to tremendous demand for knowledge and training focused on the integration of technology and financial markets. Today, i4MT is an independent, instructor-owned organization and a global network of financial markets professionals who deliver high quality educational programs in the areas of market technology, electronic trading, trading strategies, automated or algorithmic trading systems and quantitative finance. i4MT provides prepackaged and customized educational programs on a wide array of financial topics to investment banks, mutual fund companies, proprietary trading houses and individual market professionals. 

What programs does i4MT offer?

The Institute for Market Technology's core program is the CTSD Certified Trading System Developer.

i4MT's objective is to create an all-encompassing resource for financial services industry participants with regard to market technology and electronic trading and to provide educational services to the wider financial services business community.  i4MT is at the forefront of research and teaching in financial markets technology.  We offer our students and our industry partners an unrivaled education in a rapidly evolving industry.  i4MT is not an accredited college or university.
